Tensor HR is the people operations workspace for Indonesian employers: employee directory with tensorAM linking and Tensor Table bulk edit, live attendance with selfie and GPS, leave and overtime approvals, scheduling (on-call, shifts, calendar, timesheets), and a full payroll cycle with PPh 21 calculation.

Approved payroll syncs to Tensor Finance for journal posting. HR expense workflows cover reimbursements, cash advances, and loans. Dashboard charts track headcount, attendance, and payroll status. Partial bilingual EN/ID UI.
